Questions about plans
Do you count pageviews or consent decisions?
No plan has a pageview or consent-decision limit. Fair use applies: if a site goes above a million decisions a month, we’ll get in touch to talk about it. We don’t throttle your banner.
How does yearly billing work?
A year costs the same as ten months. You pay through Stripe, and you change plans and download invoices in Stripe’s customer portal.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Websites over the new limit are paused, not removed.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted the moment a subscription stops. Your data is kept for 90 days, with warning emails 30 and 7 days before it’s deleted. Owners can export consent logs, reports and CSVs at any time, including after cancelling.
I need more than 25 websites.
More domains are available on the Agency plan, and Enterprise limits are agreed with you. Email us and tell us how many sites you look after.
Can Observary scan a staging site?
Only if it’s public. The scanner checks public websites, not intranets or sites behind a login.
Will Observary make my website compliant?
It helps you find and fix consent problems and keeps the records to show what you did. Whether a website is compliant depends on more than any tool can check. Observary is a tool to help you manage cookie consent. It isn’t legal advice.
